Cakes are showstoppers and are therefore precious! It is always recommended to keep your cake in its box in the fridge. This is especially important to remember for those travelling with cakes in the car.

Your cake was made to show off though - so bring it our 3-4 hours before your event so it can come to room temperature. This will make your cake so much more tasty! Keep the cake our of the direct sunlight.

If you have leftovers just transfer to an airtight container and eat within a couple of days. Or you can freeze your extra cake wrapped tightly. This will last for up to 3 months.
